Tell us what happened

Email support@cauldnclark.com. Include your username, the device and browser you use, and a short description of what went wrong. A screenshot can help, but cover any private information first.

Never send your password. We don’t need it to help. We’re a small team, so replies may not be immediate.

Getting started

You can play in your browser or download Wish for Mac. The Mac download is for Apple silicon (M1 or later). Native Windows, Android and iPhone apps are coming soon.

Start with 10 wishes and make a 30-card deck. Want a little help? Ask the game to build a themed deck, then try a match with the practice bot.

Opening Wish on a Mac

The Mac app is unsigned, so macOS cannot verify its developer. Only proceed if you trust the download from this site. You can use the browser version instead without changing Mac security settings.

  1. Open the downloaded disk image and move Wish to Applications.
  2. In Finder, right-click Wish and choose Open the first time.
  3. On newer macOS versions, if it is still blocked, open System Settings → Privacy & Security after trying to launch it. Review the warning and use Open Anyway only if you trust this app.

Do not disable Gatekeeper or bypass a warning that says an app contains malware or will damage your computer. See Apple’s guidance on opening apps safely, or email us if you’re unsure.

Report a card, player or safety concern

Email support@cauldnclark.com with the subject “Wish safety report”. Tell us the card or username, what happened and approximately when. Share only what is needed to understand the problem.

If you’re a child and something makes you uncomfortable, stop playing and tell a trusted grown-up. Parents are welcome to report on a child’s behalf. Support is not an emergency service.

Delete an account or request your data

You do not need to sign in to make a request. Email support@cauldnclark.com with the subject “Wish account deletion” and your username. A parent can request help for a child.

We will need to verify that you are authorised to act for the account. We will explain what can be deleted, any records that must be retained and the effect on your cards, match history and cosmetic items. You can also ask for access to, or correction of, your information. Read the Privacy Notice for more.
